Yoga.

 

Possibly everyone has already an opinion about Yoga. Everone knows at least on person who practices Yoga or tried it
at least a couple of times. There are plenty of Yoga styles nowadays for the most different personalities. No matter if you
„only“ want to train your physcial body or seek spiritual enlightenment... i love to train your body aswell as introduce you
to ancient yoga practices and philosophy.

My style of teaching has mainly been influenced through the active and dynamic practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
In 2011 i‘ve been introduced by my teacher Matthew Sweeney to the gentle and yet very powerful „Moon Sequence“
and started teaching this sequence as a great therapeutic approach in a more gentle way. 

More important than than the tradition or style i teach is, that i‘m very picky on the main aspects for a healthy practice
for body and mind: breath control and alignment.
